Flow Chart of Revelation Events

The events of Revelation have always stirred the hearts of Bible readers. This flow chart provides a clear, visual overview of the Book of Revelation by breaking it into twelve major sections that follow the natural flow of the text. Starting with the Prologue and Commission in chapter 1, where John encounters the risen Christ and is commanded to record what he sees, the chart then moves into the messages to the seven churches (chapters 2–3). From there, the focus shifts upward to the heavenly throne room (chapter 4) and the scroll and the Lamb (chapter 5), which sets the stage for God’s plan to unfold.

The chart continues through the cycles of judgment and conflict: the seven seals (6–8:1), the seven trumpets (8:2–11), and the unveiling of the cosmic struggle (12–14). It then shows the seven bowls of wrath (15–16), followed by the dramatic fall of Babylon (17–18). The climax comes with the return of Christ (19) and the millennial reign and final judgment (20).

Finally, the chart concludes with the vision of the new heavens and new earth (21–22), where God dwells with His people forever. Together, the flow chart highlights Revelation’s movement from present warning and struggle to ultimate victory and eternal hope.
